Endless phone access with me, custom diet to include weekly adjustments to nutrition, sodium, water, and carbohydrate manipulation based on weekly photo check-ins. Posing routine created or tweaked to music of your choice, song of choice cut and edited to meet NPC rules, my posing suit seamstress contact shared, along with the best color and cut for your body, the tweaking of mandatory poses to hide flaws and show strengths, custom peptide cycle for cut, along with custom cardio plan. You'll also get my custom vitamin pack with diuretic cocktail to prevent cramping from water depletion at showtime.  I will also share countless tricks of the trade to have you present your best package on stage and most importantly to keep your body from carb over-spillage or coming in flat and stringy for the show.
