Strength & Conditioning Coach
With 25+ years as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, I’ve trained a wide spectrum of athletes—from Men’s Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique, to Women’s Bikini, Wellness, and Physique competitors, as well as everyday moms and dads striving to get healthier and stronger. My coaching background also includes strength and conditioning for high school football athletes, helping young players build power, speed, and discipline both in the weight room and on the field.

Heavyweight Bodybuilder
A nationally ranked Heavyweight Bodybuilder with a competitive career beginning in 2006. My early years included the Ronnie Coleman Classic, the Emerald Cup, and two appearances at the USA Championships. After a long retirement starting in 2009, I made my comeback in 2023 and have since stepped onstage at the USA Championships, Titans Grand Prix, and USA Masters.
International Humanitarian/ Ordained Minister
I graduated from ministry school in 2005 and soon founded my first nonprofit organization after serving in Thailand and witnessing the humanitarian devastation following the 2004 tsunami. Since then, I’ve established outreach projects throughout the U.S., Thailand, China, and Israel.
